This is a lovely meditation on God's care for the sparrows and for us. The parallel themes in each of the central stanzas are impressively compact and fitting. It runs along very nicely.

I think, however, that it might be even stronger without that final stanza (or with some kind of revision to it). I believe I see what you are trying to do there, but I'm not sure that it actually works as well as it might. I just don't think this is a “Tyger Tyger” situation. Why? I couldn't tell you that, unfortunately. It's only my instinct and my ear. Maybe someday.
