This is beautiful. I love the contrast between our weakness and Christ's strength woven throughout the poem. The image of the Shepherd carrying His battered sheep on His shoulders especially touched my heart. It reminded me that our security has never depended on how tightly we hold on to Him, but on how faithfully He holds on to us. Thank you for pointing readers to the hope, comfort, and tenderness of our Good Shepherd. This was a blessing to read. ❤️
